we're in

every limb aches

Well with the help of Auntie Sue and Uncle Robert and his truck we moved out of our temporary, confined, little two bedroomed flat to a four bedroomed, 1930's, red brick semi. The whole day was fetching and carrying and lifting and puffing and wheezing with quite a bit of giggling along the way. We finished unloading about 3:30 ish having started loading at the other end about 10:00 am. Items of furniture and boxes were dumped into the rooms that they belonged in and after Sue and Robert had left we started arranging these items and unpacking boxes. It was still going to be temporary as we planned doing quite a bit of work and improvements and Jo and Emma have plans for new purchases. Bed couldn't come quick enough that night as we collapsed our aching joints and fell exhausted into a deep sleep.
